impersonal check-in courtyard view
the gym offered multiple options including three treadmills and a peloton bike, acceptable.
the check-in process lacked a personal touch. i found the staff seemed somewhat disorganized. also, the courtyard view was underwhelming, it seemed like overlooking an atrium with decorative lights.

wonderful stay!
wonderful service professional waitress great wine very nice dessert
the service was wonderful, especially anastasia. she was very professional and attentive. paul, the sommelier, suggested a great wine that everyone enjoyed. the suckling pig and desserts at the atrium restaurant were very nice, chef ashley's team impressed me.
i found a minor issue during checkout. i questioned it, and they said it was optional. it felt a little awkward, but i did resolve it.
