The location was excellent. I could reach every place quickly. Its proximity to the subway and the constant flow of people. The room was clean , and the hotel decoration impressed me. The staff serving breakfast was warm and helpful.

Staff held doors open and offered assistance with bags. A lady did my hair and makeup; staff showed her to my room and aided her with her bags. I received a turndown service offer in the evening.

The gym included three treadmills and a Peloton bike. A clothes steamer was provided in the room. The minibar was well-stocked, and the room service menu was extensive, even between 11 PM and 7 AM.

the check-in process lacked a personal touch. i found the staff seemed somewhat disorganized. also, the courtyard view was underwhelming, it reminded me of overlooking an atrium with decorative lights.

the service was wonderful, especially anastasia. she was very professional and attentive. paul, the sommelier, suggested a great wine that everyone enjoyed. the suckling pig and desserts at the atrium restaurant were very nice, chef ashley's team impressed me.
i found a minor issue during checkout. i questioned it, and they said it was optional. it felt a little awkward, but i did resolve it.
